If your product is not exactly as ordered or damaged we offer to accept return of your product to correct it or replace it. To initiate a return we require you to call within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue to our customer service department. Tel: 1-800 – 309- 8432
Please ensure that you inspect your product on delivery for any damage or any production error on our part. Once you notify customer service of an issue, we allow 30 days from your delivery date to receive the product back to our office in Kentucky.
Please be aware that you must hold the original packaging and packing slip for return shipment.
Family Roots will cover the return shipping costs for an incorrect or damaged products.
Any request to return a product outside of the above policies or timeframes cannot be honored.
